What Is The Sharing Network?
The Sharing Network is a unique initiative by One Community, designed specifically to address social isolation among homebound older adults in public housing in Fort Greene and Clinton Hill. The program offers accessible, phone-based discussion groups led by trained moderators, fostering connection and improving wellbeing for seniors who may not have internet access.
